3 Registration & Account Management

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JQK Club username and password. We recommend that you:

• Use a strong, unique password (a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Report to JQK Club support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted under your account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that the account was accessed without authorisation and that you reported it to JQK Club within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

6.2 Technical Failure

• You own or operate more than one account at jqk club
• You have violated any part of these Terms & Conditions
• You use automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods

10.2 Termination by Member

You may close your jqk club account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@jqkclub.best. Any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
